Susan D. Bielski is a former corporate lawyer who launched her professional editing career over two decades ago, providing legal research, drafting, and editorial support for the Wolters, Kluwer publications Drafting Limited Liability Company Agreements and Drafting Delaware Limited Liability Company Agreements. Since then her clients have included a monthly business magazine, a securities broker, an equine rehabilitation specialist and an apartment-complex landlord. As a contract member of the Professional Development and Training Team of Zeiders Enterprises for two years, Ms. Bielski provided editorial services on several publications with a focus on Navy Service Members and their families, including the Family Readiness Group [FRG] Handbook, FRG Instructor Guide, and the Personal Financial Management Guide, as well as on several on-demand training series on such topics as sexual assault prevention, domestic-abuse victim advocacy, ombudsman basic training, information and referral, staff orientation, and transition assistance.
Ms. Bielski’s experience as a lawyer includes working in-house for an accounting software firm and performing contract work for various New Hampshire state agencies in the areas of intellectual property protection, business startups, and land use. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bielski worked as a certified veterinary technician at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Ms. Bielski is based in Exeter, New Hampshire.
